If you are the owner of an old building in the village center or a historic building outside the village center and would like to preserve or convert it, please contact the Johanniterbund. In cooperation with VETA/NOVA, you can convert and renovate historically valuable buildings with less time and expense.
Veta/Nova
In the village centers of Upper Valais, there are a large number of historically valuable and partly protected (wooden) residential buildings as well as often unused farm buildings. In recent years, however, people interested in building have often preferred to build and live in new development areas.
